Whether it’s sugarbeets, corn, grain or rapeseed: at KWS, our different sales departments offer you diverse application opportunities, characterized by the different seasonal requirements during the course of the year. The individual activities have mainly one thing in common: an international working environment.

An interesting field of work

If interested in a sales position in our company, you will be introduced to customers from agriculture and industry within the framework of your activities. Amongst other things, your responsibility is to advise customers in questions of an agricultural-technical nature, both on site during business trips or trade fairs or as contact person in the office. In the marketing sector you will take part in, for example, projects relevant to sales such as marketing campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM) or the development of Internet communication. This is where your creativity is asked for in particular: because the decision to purchase a product is significantly affected by the strength of a brand and its corresponding values and the communication thereof.

The Agroservice as a link

At KWS, the Agroservice department is a link between sales and breeding activities. Here, you will join in the analysis of our products and will pass on your conclusions to the marketing and sales departments.
